Pictures went great. Came back later and reached behind the seat for the bag. No bag. WHAT?? Look all over the car. NO BAG!! Someone snatched my bag! The door must not have been locked, because there wasn't anything broken, and nothing else was even taken. There was $22 dollars in the glove box thing between the front seats, but they didn't take that. I had a really nice expensive flash in the very back of the SUV, but they didn't take that. Just my mostly empty camera bag/purse. Humph.
I still had an extra camera battery, memory card, camera remote, a tiny tripod and some cables in the purse, so I was hoping that whoever took it would throw it in a garbage close by when they saw it didn't have a wallet in it. But no. We filed a police report, but no luck. I'm not very happy about it. I hope their guilty conscience was worth taking my lousy camera accessories. Grrr!

I've heard about camera bags getting stolen in SLC lately. Sorry yours was involved! You should really talk to your next one about not talking to strangers.
Seriously, though, totally stinks! I'll add my grr to yours: Grrr!
AHHHH! Not good. There is way too much of this going on right now!! I am so sorry, but so glad that your camera was not it it.
Doesn't that make you just sick! I'm sorry!! A camera bag REALLY! What will they use it for?
That's too bad! You ought to notify the pawn shops in that area...camera stuff is easily pawned right now, and if you can prove it's yours (serial numbers), they notify the cops, and you should get your equipment back!
Also keep an eye out on KSL.com and Craigslist!
That's terrible! I'm glad your flash and fancy lens weren't in it!
